Therapy
Find therapy support that fits your life.
Personal therapy, occupational therapy, or physiotherapy — all guided by an experienced team and connected to a broader range of support if you ever need it.
Who therapy is for
Therapy is for anyone who wants support.
Individual or Personal Therapy are one-on-one sessions built around you.
Common reasons people reach out about personal therapy:
- Feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed
- Wanting support but aren't sure where to start
- Work, relationships, or daily routines feel harder than they should
- You've tried therapy before and want a different approach
If any of this sounds familiar, a first conversation is a simple, no-pressure way to begin.

Some people benefit from more structured care. If that becomes clear during therapy, we can guide you toward one of our outpatient programs — without needing to start over somewhere new.
FAQ
Common Questions
No. You can book a first conversation directly. If you have a referral from a physician or other provider, we’re happy to coordinate — but it isn’t required.
Most people aren’t sure, and that’s okay. A short first conversation helps us understand what’s going on and recommend whether weekly therapy or a more structured program is the right fit.
It varies. Some people come for a few sessions to work through something specific. Others stay longer for ongoing support. Your therapist will check in with you regularly about what’s helping and what isn’t.
Many extended health plans cover therapy with a registered therapist. Coverage depends on your plan, so we recommend checking with your provider. Our team can help you understand what to ask.
Yes. We offer secure virtual sessions across Canada in addition to in-person care at our five locations.
Fit matters. If something feels off, tell us — we’ll help you switch to a different therapist with no pressure or awkwardness.
Choosing the right level of support
Therapy or a Program?
People are often unsure if personal therapy is enough or if a more structured program would help. Both can be effective — the difference usually comes down to how much support you need right now.
Individual therapy
- You want ongoing support with a therapist
- Symptoms are manageable but still affecting your life
- You're looking for tools, insight, and steady progress
- You prefer flexibility around work and life commitments
- One-on-one sessions
- Weekly or biweekly cadence
- Progress over time
Structured programs
- Therapy hasn't created enough change
- Symptoms are interfering with work or relationships
- You want focused support in a shorter timeframe
- A coordinated care team would help
- Multiple sessions per week
- Structured treatment plan
- Interdisciplinary care
Many people start with a conversation and we help guide them to the right place.
You don’t have to know what kind of therapy you need.
The first step is simply a conversation about what’s been going on and what kind of support might help.
