Veterans

Mental health care built with veterans, not just for them.

Veteran mental health care built this way, with people who’ve served: much of our programming was shaped by veteran advisors — so you’re not the one explaining your experience to someone who’s never had to understand it.

WHAT YOU'RE EXPERIENCING

The effects of service don’t always show up right away.

Every service member’s experience is different. For some, what’s left behind shows up clearly. For others, it’s harder to pin down.

  • A return to civilian life that never quite settled
  • Hypervigilance or difficulty relaxing
  • Trouble sleeping or disrupted routines
  • Strain on relationships with people who weren't there
  • A gap between looking fine and actually being fine
  • Operational stress that's hard to put into words

If these feel familiar, you’re not alone — and support can help.

Built with veterans

Programming shaped by people who’ve served.

Most treatment programs are designed, then offered to veterans as an afterthought. Ours wasn’t. Veteran advisors helped shape how our trauma-focused programming works — what it needs to cover, and what it shouldn’t waste your time on. That’s why our team doesn’t need you to translate your experience before they can help with it. Our approach draws on trauma-focused methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR to help process combat-related experiences, alongside ACT, DBT, and mindfulness for emotional regulation. Many veterans also tell us the sense of camaraderie in a group of people with shared experience matters as much as any single technique.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

No. You can book a first conversation directly — no referral required.

No. We work with a wide range of experiences from service — operational stress, transition difficulties, and more.

If you’re accessing care through a veterans’ benefits program, we can walk you through what’s generally available. Specifics vary, so the clearest answer comes from a direct conversation.

That’s common, and it’s exactly what our structured programs are built to address — more support than weekly sessions alone can offer.

Yes. What you share with your care team stays between you and them, within standard clinical confidentiality practices.
