Return to Work
Support built to help you return to work, not just treat a diagnosis.
Getting back to work after a mental health challenge takes more than treatment alone — our return-to-work mental health support builds strategies into your care from the start.
WHAT YOU'RE EXPERIENCING
Returning to work isn’t always straightforward.
Every situation is different. For some, the challenge is managing symptoms at work. For others, it’s rebuilding confidence and routine after time away.
- Uncertainty about how to manage symptoms on the job
- Worry about pacing yourself without setting back
- Difficulty setting boundaries with responsibilities
- A workplace that may need adjustments
- Anxiety about the return date itself
- Wanting a plan, not just a diagnosis
If these feel familiar, you’re not alone — and support can help.

Built around returning to work
Treatment and return-to-work planning, together.
Return-to-work support is integrated directly into your treatment, not offered as an afterthought. Alongside treating the underlying diagnosis, our occupational therapists work with you to understand the specific difficulties you may face at work and build tailored strategies — boundary setting, pacing, and resiliency — so your return is realistic, not rushed. Where it’s useful, that can include meeting directly with your employer, funder, or case manager to build a detailed, gradual return-to-work plan — plus ongoing check-ins to adjust the plan as you go, so nothing is left to guesswork.
