Contact intake
A real person, on the first call.
Our intake team answers questions about fit, funding, wait times, and next steps — whether or not you’ve decided to refer.
Before you call
What to have ready.
- Client name and contact details
- A sentence or two on why you're referring
- Anything time-sensitive we should know
- Funding source, if you know it
- How you'd like to be updated
Missing something? Call anyway. We’d rather start the conversation than wait for a complete file.
Response times
What to expect, and when.
1 business day
Acknowledgement
Confirmation that your referral arrived and who is handling it.
3 business days
Screening call
A clinical conversation with your client to confirm needs and funding.
1–2 weeks
First appointment
Typical wait for therapy. Program start dates depend on the next cohort.
Same week
Expedited review
For time-sensitive referrals — call and tell us it’s urgent.
Emergencies go elsewhere first.
We are not a crisis service. If your client is at immediate risk, direct them to emergency services. We can take over outpatient care once they’re stable.
Where your client will be seen
In-person at our clinics, or securely by video anywhere in Canada — so distance doesn’t decide whether the referral goes ahead.
We’re on the other end of the line.
Call to talk a case through, or send the referral when you’re ready.
