About
Meet Brittany.
Brittany is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about mental health. She has experience working in a variety of healthcare settings and roles, which led her to receive a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She began working as an OT in 2019 and obtained specialized training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Her approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and understanding, helping her clients navigate through challenging experiences while building resilience. Brittany encourages others to tap into their inner strength and wisdom, and to re-connect with what is meaningful and valued in their own lives. Outside of her work, Brittany finds joy in hiking, camping, going to concerts, and gardening.
