Meet Sara.
Stepping into a therapeutic space, in and of itself, takes both bravery and courage, as the work is both an investment in ourselves and not often an easy, straight path. It’s rather a winding road where we find healing and it being a journey worth taking. I take a collaborative and client-centered approach, creating a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to come as they are, with their most authentic selves. I commit to entering the space with you, with my own authenticity and transparency. As humans, we long for connection and have the desire to be heard, seen, and understood. I look forward to working along side of you as you begin/continue your therapeutic journey.
