About
Meet Ash.
Ash is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in working with clients who have experienced trauma in many different ways. Ash uses a blend of psychodynamic therapy and trauma-informed care (including Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ART, and CBT) to empower clients and help them heal.
When he’s not working, you might find him cooking dinner for family and friends, cheering on his kids at the rink, or enjoying nature.
